Have you tried "Google Earth"? It actually makes me feel MORE significant, realizing how little earth there really is. Being able to zoom from a view of the whole earth, down to your own car in a matter of seconds is an incredibly strange sensation.
I've downloaded it, but haven't actually played around with it yet...
